Delivery and Shipping
We provide shipping services to the majority of locations within India.
Normally, we dispatch products that are in stock within two business days from the moment you place your order. If a product is currently out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time on the website before you proceed with your order.
In case our logistics partner permits it, we will send you an email containing a link for tracking your order. However, please note that shipping time is not guaranteed due to external factors.
Shipping Dispute Issues
For any shipping-related conflicts, such as damaged items, missing items, or instances where items are marked as delivered but not received, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours via email at info@enlivenelements.com. This will allow us to address your complaint promptly. Any requests made after 24 hours from the receipt of the DELIVERY EMAIL/SMS or the actual delivery will not be taken into consideration.
